Victory Spirit and Performance of NY Rangers
New York rangers were founded in 1926 and Leader of Madison Square Garden George Lewis “Tex” Rickard founded and introduce this team in national hockey league first time in 1926. This team was created to compete with most and hot favorite ice hockey team Now-defunct New York Americans. At that time only one team who was willing at garden Now-defunct New York Americans. So that to compete with Amerks leader of Madison Square Garden George Lewis “Tex” Rickard was suddenly created and introduce New York rangers.
NY Rangers considered as specialized ice hockey team based in Manhattan in New York City. New York rangers were considered as part of Atlantic Division of Eastern Conference of the national hockey league. New York rangers were the oldest team ice hockey team in national hockey league championship and rangers play their first match at Madison Square Garden. In 1926 New York rangers were joined the national hockey league as a lean-to franchise.
NY rangers are the part of original six association and other team which lies in original six are Chicago, Montreal Canadiens, Toronto Maple Leafs Boston Bruins, and Detroit Red Wings. New York Rangers were the first team in United States who win the Stanley cup championship. Rangers were won the same title 4 times in the entire history of national hockey league and currently rangers win Stanley cup championship in 1993 to 1994 season.
In their first season New York rangers not perform too well in national hockey league championship in 1925-1926 season but later on the second season they perform very well as compare to previous year. They win Stanley cup championship in second season in the presence of lot of experience and champion team of this game no were expecting that New York rangers win the series. Rangers beat their big rival in the final of Stanley cup championship in 1927-1928 seasons with 3-2 goal margin. This series was most memorable for rangers because the win the mega even first time in national hockey league. After this great victory performance of rangers improves day after day.
But sadly rangers not able to maintain this performance in next season and they qualify for the final but unfortunately loss the final against Bruins in 1928 to 1929 season. In 1930 rangers regain their previous form and they perform quite well in the early part of this season. Bun Cook and Bill Cook join rangers in 1930 and help then to win the Stanley cup title in 1932-1933 NHL seasons.
